Originally made in 72 hours for LD55, full screen recommended  :)


Play as a frightened shroom in this rogue-like survivor game where you must evolve to outlast the impending onslaught of enemies. Construct unique builds to defend yourself and reach the arbitrary “level 13” alive, hopefully with cap still firmly attached to stem.

 

And if you can’t evolve… you can always run*!

 

*now with WASD controls! (although the greatly superior mouse-only controls are still available in settings)

I would love to play it, but after clicking START RUNNING i see only a black screen (Win10, Firefox, Chrome, Mycelium Runner Windows v1.1.1.zip, quite recent video drivers, RTX2060) :(

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry it's not working for you :(  Unfortunately, I don't think we have the time to look into this atm, but I will write this down as a bug report on the project if we ever work on this again in the future. Does the same thing happen when you try playing in the web?

ehm why the fuck are the enemies having super speed, so after the second they spawn they all rush towards you and all sit in your spot, all within like 0.5 seconds?


their speed is jsut ridiculous, making the game impossible

if you click while its collecting the moisture you can game over yourself somehow by entering the menu? happened to me three times by now?
