parcel text should be a little easier to consume
large chunk of tech debt was resolved
parcel label art and text boundaries tweaked to look less like a programmer slapped it together
reduced any addresses/addressees over 18 characters to prevent text wrapping off of parcel
new stamp art added to purchased stamp packs
additional stamp packs do not have art from the starter stamp pack
adjusted spawn rate of gilded stamps in additional stamp pack
purchased stamp packs and their stamps will stick around overnight till used
dealt with bug where package could drop onto desk when in the shipping menu
